About Kam

I'm Kam Williams, a licensed Florida Realtor serving Southwest Florida. I built Kam's Keys around one belief: buying or selling a home should feel like working with a friend who happens to know the business inside and out, not a stranger chasing a commission. I lead with honesty, even when it's not the easy answer, because my clients deserve the truth more than they deserve to feel good in the moment. Before real estate, I spent 10 years at Amazon, the last 5 in Program Management and Continuous Improvement, working across Amazon's same-day delivery network and its large-item delivery division (furniture, appliances, and other oversized goods). I launched 6+ fulfillment facilities across 6 states, led teams of up to 3,000 people, and spent years evaluating properties for site readiness, deciding what made a building actually work versus just available on paper. That included lease negotiations and cost optimization worth $2.4M, and reading a property the way a buyer needs someone to: not just what it looks like, but what it will cost you to actually use it. Along the way I delivered $72M in savings and millions more in network cost avoidance. That decade taught me how to solve hard problems fast and get results when the pressure is real. I bring that same discipline into every transaction I handle now.
