I specialize exclusively in representing buyers seeking new luxury and pre-construction properties across Miami, Orlando, and Florida’s most desirable growth markets. My role is to guide clients through early-phase opportunities with clarity—helping them secure favorable pricing, strong positioning, and long-term value in highly competitive developments.

Many of my clients are relocating or investing from major cities such as New York and California. They’re drawn to Florida not only for tax advantages, but for lifestyle, space, and future upside. As someone deeply connected to Florida’s outdoor culture—surfing, fútbol (soccer), and distance running—I understand both the lifestyle shift and the strategic considerations that come with a move or investment of this scale.

Beyond real estate, I lead a successful physical therapy and wellness practice and serve as a community soccer coach—roles that demand precision, trust, and accountability.
