About Christa

Hi, I’m Christa Overhage — aka The Real Estate Nurse. You’ll usually find me juggling contracts, coffee, and kids… often all before noon.

I help buyers, sellers, and investors across Broward and Lee County, including Fort Lauderdale, Cape Coral, and Lehigh Acres.

Before real estate, I spent 10 years in nursing, specializing in wound care. I hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN), am a Certified Wound Care Specialist (WCC), and recently earned my WOC certification. I also work part-time at Lee Memorial Hospital, so caring for people and navigating complex situations is something I truly live every day.

My path into real estate began through investing and property management. My partner and I own and manage several rental properties across Lehigh Acres, Broward County, and Jupiter, where I oversee tenant screening, leasing, and day-to-day management. Through those projects we’ve also been involved in rehabs, burn property renovations, flips, and new construction of residential homes and duplexes, giving me real-world insight into both homeownership and investment properties.

I’m also a Notary, fluent in English and Spanish, and hold the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designations.

When I’m not negotiating deals, you’ll find me journaling, chasing my two little wildlings, or enjoying a quiet moment with my goldendoodle.
