About Kelly Olin

Kelly Olin is a licensed Florida REALTOR, and Co-Founder of Residence | eXp Realty where she coaches a team of Southwest Florida Realtors. Kelly is a self proclaimed systems, productivity and tech nerd, digital marketing specialist, strategic negotiator and a boy-mom of three who's always up for an adventure!

Kelly began her real estate career in 2005 right out of college, earning her Business Degree from Michigan State University. She dove head first into the real estate industry and worked as an on-site sales consultant for the nation's largest homebuilder, Pulte Homes. She then went on to help open Michigan's first Active Adult Community by Del Webb.

Then, after receiving her master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations, she worked as an HR Manager in the Training and Development Department for Pulte Homes at their corporate headquarters.

Over the next 15 years, Kelly leveraged her digital and social media marketing expertise and developed several sales and training companies, producing over $30,000,000 in annual revenue.

In July 2020, Kelly and her family decided to move from Rochester, Michigan, to Estero, Florida.

Kelly became licensed in Florida and joined eXp Realty. She earned certifications as a Resort and Second Home Specialist and Pricing Strategist from the National Association of Realtors, and immediatly began serving her clients,  earning her continual 5-Star Ratings on Zillow  and "Best of Zillow Status".

She quickly attracted other agents who saw her rapid growth and Co-Founded the organization, RESIDENCE| eXp Realty where she coaches and mentors other agents, helping them grow and serve their clients with excellence.

At home, Kelly is a wife and mom to three boys - Briggs (14), Carter (12) and Beckett (10) who are busy with travel hockey and barrel racing.
